Shipping

Orders of $200 or more shipping within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping automatically.

Jinen processes and ships orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders ship from Colorado via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 1–5 business days with standard shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping with delivery in 2 business days is also available for an additional cost.

Note: Deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. may take additional time.

Please note that we do not ship internationally. Since all orders ship within the United States, the total shown at checkout is the full amount you will pay.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED?

If your package has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow 3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered while still in transit. If it still has not arrived after that, please get in contact with us so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
