BRASS CHOPSTICK REST - FLASH, 2 PC SET
A flash of light, cast in brass: Futagami’s chopstick rests bring the weight and quiet shine of solid metal to the table.
The concave center holds chopsticks securely and keeps them off the table. The surface is left as it came from the sand mold, unpolished, so each piece carries the subtle texture of the casting. Beyond their practical use, the rests add a sculptural element to the table setting and come in a wooden storage box.
Futagami specializes in brass household goods with a distinctive cast finish that lets the material show as it is, without added embellishment. Over time, the brass naturally oxidizes, developing a rich patina that reflects years of use.
